부동산 계약할 때 자주 듣는 단어, 해약금 과 위약금 . 이름이 비슷하지만, 의미도 적용 상황도 완전히 다릅니다. You’ll often hear “termination fee” and “penalty” in real estate — but they’re not the same! | 해약금이란?
